1. License Grant

The 3D avatar (“Product”) is provided under a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license.

By purchasing or downloading this Product, the user (“Licensee”) is granted the right to use the avatar within the Animaze platform and compatible applications,

including Steam, for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the limitations below.

2. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the Product remain the sole property of the creator (“Licensor”).

This agreement does not transfer any ownership rights. The Licensee may not claim the avatar as their own creation.

3. Permitted Use

– Use the avatar in Animaze and other compatible platforms for streaming, content creation, or entertainment.

– Modify the avatar for personal use, provided attribution to the original creator is maintained.

– Use the avatar in monetized content (e.g., YouTube, Twitch) or commercial projects, provided the avatar is not resold or redistributed.

4. Prohibited Use

– Resale, redistribution, or sublicensing of the avatar or its modified versions.

– Use of the avatar in any unlawful, defamatory, or discriminatory content.

– Uploading the avatar to platforms that violate the terms of Animaze or Steam.

5. Platform Compliance

The Licensee agrees to comply with the Animaze End User License Agreement and Steam Subscriber Agreement.

Any violation of these platform terms may result in revocation of this license.

6. No Warranty

The Product is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The Licensor is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product.

7. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if the Licensee fails to comply with any term of this agreement. Upon termination, the Licensee must cease all use and delete all copies of the Product.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the European union, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If your use of this avatar helps generate more than $50,000 per year (from projects, streams, or related activities), you are required to obtain a separate commercial license.

We ask for a fair 20% share of the revenue linked to the avatar’s use.
