Download and Launch Animaze on iPhone

Open the App Store, search for “Animaze”, and install it.

Launch the app. It will automatically start tracking your face using the TrueDepth camera in the app.

Option1 – Connect iPhone to PC using WIFI

Make sure both your iPhone and PC are on the same Wi-Fi network

On your PC, open the Animaze Desktop App and go to settings – advanced tracking configuration – select trackers – iphone

A window named Animaze Connect will appear, there you have 2 options to connect via WIFI or USB, select WIFI and press Start Connection, a QR code will be generated.

On your phone, go to settings – Animaze Connect – Animaze PC Wifi/LAn – Connect. scan the QR code from the PC

you are now connected!

Option2 – Connect iPhone to PC using USB

On your PC, open the Animaze Desktop App and go to settings – advanced tracking configuration – select trackers – iphone

A window named Animaze Connect will appear, there you have 2 options to connect via WIFI or USB, select USB Connect

install iTunes on your pc

plug your USB from your phone to PC and unlock your device

On your phone, In animaze app go to settings – Animaze Connect – Animaze PC – USB – press connect

go back to your pc – and press Start Connection

you are now connected!

For better tracking:

Don’t wear glasses (if possible)

Avoid backlight

Look directly at the screen

Calibrate the Face Tracker

Sit naturally with a neutral expression (don’t smile or raise eyebrows)

Keep your face centered and well-lit

Press Ctrl + C in Animaze to recalibrate face tracking, or click the “Calibrate” button at the bottom of the camera window.
